Frequently Asked Questions
The first step is a simple conversation. Reach out through our contact form or give us a call, and we’ll get back to you quickly to set up an in-person consultation at your home. From there, Caleb will sit down with you to talk through your vision, your budget, and the best path forward. There’s no pressure and no obligation, only an honest conversation about what’s possible for your space.
Design-build means we handle everything from the first sketch to the final stone. You work with one team through the entire process rather than juggling a designer and a separate contractor.
We start by getting to know how you want to use your space, then develop a full design using professional software so you can see exactly what you’re getting before we break ground. Once you’re happy with the plan, we build it. It’s a smoother, more cohesive experience from start to finish.
Absolutely. Designing is one of our favorite parts of the process. We don’t expect you to show up with a finished vision of your yard in your mind. Whether you have a clear idea or just a general feeling of what you want, we’ll help you shape it into something concrete.
We provide full 2D and 3D renderings using professional landscape architecture software so you can see your space before anything gets built, adjust colors and layouts, and feel genuinely confident before we start.
Warranty coverage varies by materials. Paver patio installations and deck builds come with a five-year workmanship warranty; pergola installations carry the same warranty; and concrete patio installations are backed by a one-year workmanship warranty.
In addition to our own warranties, we honor all applicable manufacturer warranties for the materials we use. If something related to our work ever gives you trouble, just call us, and we’ll take care of it.
Yes, and they’re one of the most popular additions to a full outdoor living space. An outdoor kitchen changes how you use your backyard entirely: it brings the cooking outside, keeps the host in the middle of the action, and makes entertaining feel effortless.
We design and build outdoor kitchens as part of larger outdoor living projects, and we’ll help you figure out exactly what setup makes sense for your space and how you like to entertain.
We serve Fishers, McCordsville, Noblesville, Carmel, Greenfield, and other surrounding areas in Indiana. If you’re in the region and wondering whether we cover your neighborhood, feel free to reach out, and we’ll let you know right away.
Techo-Bloc is simply one of the best paver manufacturers in the industry. Their products are engineered for durability, designed to handle freeze-thaw cycles without cracking, and come in a wide range of styles and finishes that genuinely elevate the look of any outdoor space.
Beyond aesthetics, Techo-Bloc pavers are manufactured to a level of consistency that makes installation cleaner and the finished result tighter. When you’re investing in a paver patio, the material matters a lot. Techo-Bloc gives you confidence that it’ll still look great years down the road.
It starts with a consultation where we come to your home, look at the space, and listen to what you’re hoping to create. From there, we develop your design and present it to you with detailed renderings.
Once you’re happy with the plan and the quote, we schedule your project and keep you informed throughout the build. We move efficiently, respect your property, and make sure the finished result matches what we agreed on. Our goal is for the whole experience to feel easy and exciting, not stressful.
It’s an option, as long as each phase meets our minimum project scope. That said, it’s worth understanding the trade-offs before going that route. Material and labor costs tend to rise year over year, so spreading a project across multiple years often ends up costing more than building it all at once.
There’s also a practical consideration: adding new elements later can sometimes require reworking things we already built to make everything fit together properly. Whenever it’s feasible, planning your full vision upfront is the smarter move, and we’ll help you get there in a way that works for your budget.
It depends on what you’re looking for. For a natural, warm aesthetic, rough-sawn cedar is a beautiful option that ages well and holds up to the elements. If you want something virtually maintenance-free with a cleaner, more modern look, pattern-coated aluminum is hard to beat — it won’t warp, chip, or require seasonal upkeep.
Both are solid choices, and we’ll help you weigh the options based on your style, your budget, and how much maintenance you’re realistically willing to take on.
